54s has four possible straight flush combinations: A2345, 23456, 34567, and 45678. That gives it the maximum jackpot EV of any suited connector category.
At a $1,000 jackpot — which is relatively small for GGPoker — 54s generates approximately $1.20 in jackpot EV per hand pushed. At a $5,000 jackpot, that number jumps to $6.00 per hand. The visual appearance of a hand means nothing in AoF. 54s does not need to win the pot to be profitable — it just needs the jackpot EV to make the push positive overall. At most jackpot sizes, it does.
