Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data PushFoldPro ("we", "us") processes when you use pushfoldpro.com, why, and what your rights are. In short: we only collect what is needed to run your account and your purchase, we do not sell data, and we do not use advertising trackers.
1. Who is responsible
PushFoldPro, operator of pushfoldpro.com, is the controller of your personal data. Contact: push@pushfoldpro.com.
2. Data we process
- Account data: email address, an encrypted password managed by our authentication provider, account creation date.
- Plan status: whether your account has Free or Pro access.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation of payment and the email used, never your full card details.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information in server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
- Support data: anything you send us by email.
3. Why we use it (legal basis)
- To create and run your account and give you access to what you bought — performance of a contract.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse — our legitimate interest.
- To meet accounting and tax obligations for payments — legal obligation.
4. Service providers
We rely on a small number of processors, each only for its function:
- Supabase — user authentication and account database.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Netlify — website hosting and server logs.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr — delivery of fonts and code libraries, which receive your IP address when your browser loads them.
5. International transfers
Some providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep data
Account data is kept while your account exists. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
7. Browser storage and cookies
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your language choice. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are never stored in plain text and payment details never touch our servers.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR), you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Email push@pushfoldpro.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children
PushFoldPro is for adults (18+) only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and tell registered users by email when the change is significant.
